The reviewer module helps older people and those working in health care gain an extra earning by being part of a flexible process.
Advantages
- Easy and flexible reviewing process: Depending on your schedule, you can work with us in your free-time, being paid per review.
- Peer learning: Each candidate will be reviewed by two people: one working in the health care department and one elderly. After each interview they will discuss about the candidate and bring their life/work experience to the table for writing the final review.
- Convenient remote working: The reviews can be done from everywhere, the only condition is a device that has good internet connection.
- User-friendly platform for both mobile and other devices: Even if your digital skills are not the best, navigating through our platform won't be a problem.

Objective
The candidate module helps people working in the care-giving field to find a job easier and faster, that is dignified and safe.
Advantages
- Tailored match based on your profile and expertise: You can choose what services you want to deliver and with what beneficiaries you want to work.
- Expert/human review: Before being assigned to a job, you will receive a request to join the recuitment process. If you agree with the terms then you will receive some questions from the recruiter and you will video record each answer within the platform. Your answers will then be reviewed by a team built out of a health care specialist and an elderly.
- Convenient timetable: You can earn extra money by working as per your availability or preferences.
